Kids (ages 0 – 12) can register beginning June 26. They will get their very own notebook which they can spend the summer filling with the books they read and fun memories. Throughout the summer, when they visit the library to let us know what they have been reading, they will win stickers and more.
The TD Summer Reading Club website (www.tdsummerreadingclub.ca) offers lots of kid-friendly, interactive content. It is a great place for kids and parents to visit for activities, reading suggestions, and to meet the artist who illustrated the program, Josée Bisaillon.
Join us for KPL Kidder kick-off events happening at each location. Come watch the KPL Kidders put on a playful show, then sign up for the club. Free tickets will be available at the host location 30 minutes before each of the following performances:
Central – Tuesday, June 30 @ 11 am
Grand River Stanley Park - Tuesday, June 30 @ 2:30 pm
Country Hills – Thursday, July 2 @ 11 am
Pioneer Park - Thursday, July 2 @ 2:30 pm
Forest Heights - Friday, July 3 @ 11 am
